The 'MGEX (MASTER GRADE EXTREME)' series is a brand-new product launched to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Gunpla. It uses the technology and composite materials cultivated so far to express the theme set by each body, challenging the 'extreme performance of the mobile warrior'. Compared with general 'MG' products, more luxurious specifications are put in, and the price is relatively high.
The body of the first 'MGEX 1/100 Unicorn Gundam Ver.Ka' is made with new specifications and thoroughly repaired by popular mechanical designer MR Katoki Hajime. The special 'Destroy Mode' deformation mechanism has been redesigned and the deformation method is more Intuitive and smooth. At the same time, it also attached a new design of the body logo decal.
The biggest selling point is the theme of this challenge, 'Extreme Illumination Mechanism.' The space-saving and flexible new material 'FLEXIBLE LED SHEET' is used. A thin LED light is built into the skeleton and shield of the 1:100 scale. After the power supply of the base is connected, the transparent psychoactive skeleton can glow. After the red and green lights are emitted,the strength and weakness will be adjusted for performance.
